我国大型体育赛事风险的防范研究

大型体育赛事对于举办地的政治、经济、文化等各方面都有不同程度的影响。赛事安全防范就是为保证赛事顺利举办,实现赛事效益最大化。其实质是通过事先采取各种手段、措施,消除危害体育赛事安全的因素产生的条件,从而保证及时发现、控制、减少这些风险因素的发生、蔓延和发展。本文通过对我国大型体育赛事风险的特征进行研究,以及对赛事的安全防范工作涉及的各个层面进行分析,提出一些有益的建议,有利于提高赛事运作水平,使大型体育赛事的安全防范工作趋于全面,更具人性化。

Large-scale sports events have different degrees of inf luence on the political, economic, cultural and other aspects of the host site. Safety precaution is to ensure the smooth running of the event and maximize the benef it of the event. It's essence is to eliminate the conditions that endanger the safety of sports events by adopting various means and measures beforehand, so as to ensure timely discovery, control and reduce the occurrence, spread and development of these risk factors. This paper studies the types and characteristics of the risk of large-scale sports events in China, and analyses the various aspects involved in the safety precautions of the events, and puts forward some useful suggestions, which will help to improve the level of the operation of the events and make the safety precautions of large-scale sports events more comprehensive and humane.
