高校体育意外伤害事件的法律分析

高校体育意外伤害事件近年来频频发生,随之而来的多方矛盾纠纷引起了社会的广泛关注。主要运用逻辑分析法、文献资料法等方法,采用了定义学的理论,研究了高校体育意外伤害事件的定义,针对不同类型的高校体育意外伤害事件进行了分析并归类。研究了高校、体育教师、与学生之间的责任归属,提出了预防和处理高校体育意外伤害事件的可操作性建议。力求减少大学生体育活动中意外伤害事件的发生,目的是为了形成良好的体育教学秩序;维护高校、高校体育教师以及学生的合法权益构建和谐校园。

College sports events in recent years, the frequent occurrence of accidental injury, followed by multi-party conf licts and disputes aroused widespread concern in society.
