摘要
通过长期运动解剖学教学实践,发现当下运动解剖学教学模式存在较多弊端,主要包括教学模式脱离运动实践,教学大纲不够完善、课时一再缩减,学生学习目的不明确、学习效果不理想等。运动解剖学教学模式改革迫在眉睫。本文通过对上述问题进行逐一分析并提出具体解决措施和建议,以期通过调整理论教学内容打破教材中章节限制,与专项相结合增设实践课程真正做到教体融合,革新考试方法注重实践能力考核和学习过程性评价等改革措施真正提高运动解剖学教学水平,一方面调动学生对运动解剖学课程的学习兴趣,另一方面提高学生学习效果,使学生对健康人体形态结构有更深入的认识同时能独立运用运动解剖学知识指导运动实践,进而帮助学生更好的进行后续的理论课和术科学习。
Through the long-term teaching practice of sports anatomy, we found the current sports anatomy teaching model has many defects, including teaching mode divorced from sports practice, the teaching program is not perfect enough and the hours are reduced again and again, the students, learning purpose is not clear and the learning effect is not ideal, and so on. So the reformation of teaching method in sport anatomy is imminent. In order to truly improve the teaching level of sports anatomy, this paper analyzed the above problems and puts forward specif ic solutions and suggestions, including adjusting the theory teaching content to break the chapters restriction in the textbook, adding practical curriculum to achieve the integration of teaching and sport, changing exam method and pay more attention to practical ability and the learning process. By the above means, on one hand to arouse students' interest in learning the course of sports anatomy, on the other hand to improve the learning effect of students, enable students to have deeper understanding to the healthy human form and structure and to guide the sport practice with sports anatomy theory, then to help students study better in both follow-up theory and sport skill.
