摘要
目的分析微创序贯疗法治疗重度以下半侧颜面萎缩症的临床疗效。方法应用3D打印钛网植入、自体软骨移植、自体脂肪颗粒注射移植的微创序贯疗法治疗重度以下半侧颜面萎缩症患者9例。结果 9例患者均治疗成功,术后患者面部原凹陷部位自然饱满,线条流畅,随访期间未见皮下包块、感染及植入物排斥、移位、变形等并发症,患者满意度较高,自信心有较大提升。结论应用微创序贯疗法治疗重度以下半侧颜面萎缩症可达到面部表皮不留切口的效果,术后美容效果自然,且易操作,创伤轻,安全可靠。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive sequential therapy for hemifacial atrophy below the severe level. Methods Nine patients with hemifacial atrophy below the severe level received minimally invasive sequential therapy consisting of 3D-printed titanium mesh implantation, autologous cartilage transplantation and transplantation by autologous fat particles injection . Results Treatment was completed successfully in all the 9 patients. After operation, natural fullness and smooth facial lines were observed in the previous sunken parts of the patients′ faces, and no complications such as subcutaneous mass, infection, and rejection, displacement and deformation of implant were found during follow-up. Satisfactory degree was relatively high and self-confidence was greatly improved in the patients. Conclusion For hemifacial atrophy below the severe level, minimally invasive sequential therapy can achieve a therapeutic effect without facial incision and a natural postoperative cosmetic effect with simple manipulation and mild trauma, and is safe and reliable.
