"大指挥"格局下,构建科学的立体化信息化社会治安防控评估体系要以科学的评估指标体系为依据,从我国当前和今后可预期的国情、社会警情所呈现的治安实际出发,在科学地认识评估角度价值和意义的基础上,选择"可靠"又"有效"的评估指标,设定立体化信息化社会治安评估指标的范围,采用科学的方法来构建体系。

Under the Big Command situation,the construction of a scientific Three-dimensional and informationalized society security prevention and control evaluation system should be based on a scientific evaluation index system.Proceeding from the current and future predictable national and social police situation in China,and based on a scientific understanding of the value and significance of the evaluation angle,we will select“reliable”and“effective”evaluation indicators,establish the scope of the evaluation index of public security with three-dimension and informatization,and construct them by scientific methods.
