二维码犯罪作为一种新型的网络犯罪,犯罪嫌疑人通过微信转账、支付宝转账、网上银行转账、网络货币充值、网上消费等方式,迅速将受害人的钱款转移。由于二维码犯罪具有技术简单、成本低廉的特点,这种犯罪手法正严重威胁着我国广大移动终端用户的账户安全和个人隐私安全。开展对二维码扫描犯罪的侦查方法及预防二维码扫描犯罪的研究,加强预防和打击力度,能够有效地压缩二维码犯罪生存空间,维护社会秩序。

Two-dimensional code crime is a new type of network crime.The suspect transfers money quickly through WeChat transfer,Alipay transfer,online bank transfer,network currency recharge,online consumption and so on.Because the two-dimensional code crime has the characteristics of simple technology and low cost,it is seriously threatening the account security and personal privacy security of the vast number of mobile terminal users in China.Only by carrying out research on the investigation methods and prevention of the crime of two-dimensional code scanning,and strengthening the prevention and combat,can effectively compress the living space of two-dimensional code crime and purify the social order.
