摘要
[目的]了解护理本科新生的自我领导力现状及其影响因素。[方法]采用便利抽样法选取郑州市某所高等护理院校,以一年级新生为研究对象,使用一般情况调查问卷、修正的自我领导力调查问卷(Revised Self-leadership Questionnaire,RSLQ)进行调查。[结果]RSLQ量表得分为(122.70±15.76)分,各维度中得分较高的是自我奖励(3.81±0.80)分、自我目标设定(3.60±0.60)分、自我对话(3.57±0.67)分,得分较低的是自我惩罚(3.39±0.54)分、成功预见(3.39±0.61)分、自我提示(3.23±0.85)分。多元逐步回归分析显示:是否参加过社会实践(P<0.05)、学习成绩(P<0.05)是自我领导力影响因素。[结论]护理本科新生自我领导力水平整体较高,但高校仍需根据其影响因素做出相应策略以提升护理本科生整体的自我领导力,提供更多护理领域的优秀人才。
Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the status quo and influencing factors of self leadership in nursing undergraduate freshmen. Methods: A nursing college in Zhengzhou City was selected by convenient sampling method.The university freshmen were selected as the research object,and the survey was conducted using the general questionnaire and the Revised Self leadership Questionnaire (RSLQ). Results: The score of RSLQ was (122.70±15.76).The scores in each dimension were (3.81±0.80) in self reward dimension,(3.60±0.60) in self goal setting dimension,(3.57±0.67) in self talk dimension,(3.39±0.54) in self punishment dimension,(3.39±0.61) in successful foresight dimension,and (3.23±0.85) in self prompting dimension.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis Jshowed that whether they participated in social practice( P <0.05) and academic achievement( P <0.05) were factors influencing self leadership. Conclusion: The overall level of self leadership among undergraduate freshmen is higher.Nursing educators should take corresponding measures to improve the overall self leadership of nursing undergraduates and train more talents in the field of nursing.
