睡眠不足对治安民警情绪影响的调查研究——以江苏省连云港市为例

Investigation on the Influence of Sleep Insufficiency on the Mood of Public Order Police——A Case Study of Lianyungang,Jiangsu Province

为了探究治安民警连续加班导致的睡眠不足对其情绪的影响,利用简式POMS量表问卷对连云港治安民警连续加班后的情绪状态进行调查。研究发现:与中国常模的POMS相比,治安民警在未加班状态下存在着疲劳感重、精神活力萎靡等情形;治安民警在连续加班三天后,情绪状态会受到严重损害。研究认为,治安民警在未加班状态下的情绪状态已经低于正常水平,在连续加班状态下,情绪恶化更为明显,这可能对民警身心健康和安全执法产生影响,应当引起警务管理部门与民警自身的重视。

In order to explore the impact of sleep insufficiency caused by the continuous overtime work of the public order police,the emotional state of Lianyungang public order police after continuous overtime work was investigated using the simplified POMS questionnaire.The study found that compared with the POMS of China’s norm,the police order police have fatigue and mental stagnation in the absence of overtime;the police’s emotional state will be seriously damaged after three days of continuous overtime work.According to the study,the emotional state of the police in the absence of overtime has been lower than the normal level.Under continuous overtime,the emotional deterioration is more obvious.This may have an impact on the physical and mental health and safety of the police.It should catch the attention the police management department and the police themselves.
