莱钢优化烧结配矿降成本实践

摘要 分析莱钢矿料配比优化流程,针对降低配矿成本关键点,测算不同比例塞矿对生铁成本影响,确定烧结矿品位53.5%左右,铝含量低于15.5%的配矿思路。通过开拓贸易矿资源信息渠道、提高普氏指数价格预测准确性、控制矿粉库存等措施,降低同口径配矿成本16.43元/t。 This paper analyzes the optimization process of the ratio of minerals in Laigang.In order to reduce the key points of the cost of ore blending,the influence of different proportions of plugging on the cost of pig iron is calculated,and the ore blending idea is determined that the grade of sintered ore is about 53.5%and the aluminum content is less than 15.5%.By exploring the information channels of trade and mineral resources,improving the accuracy of the Platts index,and controlling the inventory of mineral powder,the cost of the same caliber mining is reduced by 16.43 Yuan/t.
