摘要
通过分析转炉下渣过程及危害,探讨比较了下渣控制的方法。转炉滑板挡渣技术是采用滑板快速关闭的特性,将熔渣全部挡在炉内,滑板挡渣技术与红外线下渣检测技术相结合,挡渣成功率高,能有效控制下渣量,改善钢水纯净度。
Based on the analysis of slagging process and hazard of converter,the methods of slagging control are discussed and compared.The slagging technology of converter slide board is to adopt the characteristics of fast closing of slide plate,and the slag is completely blocked in the furnace.The technology of skateboard blocking and infrared detection of slag has high success rate,which can effectively control the amount of slag and improve the cleanliness of molten steel.
