摘要
针对06Ni9DR钢板技术要求,结合现有设备特点,采用低碳、超低硫磷、高镍成分设计体系,通过后续轧制工序和热处理工序的控制,最终获得良好的板形和理想的组织形态。钢板具有良好的强韧性匹配、低温冲击韧性和焊接性能,尤其是-196℃低温冲击均在270 J左右。
According to the technical requirements of 06Ni9DR and the characteristics of existing equipments, by combining chemical composition of low carbon, ultra low sulfur/phosphorus and high nickel, through the control of subsequent rolling and heat treatment processes, good shape and ideal morphology were obtained. The steel plate has good strength-toughness matching,low-temperature impact toughness and weldability, especially the low temperature impact at-196 ℃ is about 270 J.
