热轧窄带钢Q345B微合金化生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 莱钢620 mm热轧生产线对热轧窄带钢Q345B进行了降Mn加Nb微合金化生产实践,通过工业生产实践表明:采用微合金化的Q345B热轧窄带钢显微组织得到明显改善,较为均匀,力学性能得到提高,更加稳定。其中Q345B-Nb和Q345BNbV钢屈服强度分别提高23 MPa和27 MPa,抗拉强度分别提高17 MPa和9 MPa,伸长率基本保持一致,生产成本显著降低。 The hot rolled narrow strip steel Q345B with less manganese and niobium adding was produced on the 620 mm hot rolling production line in Laiwu Steel.The practice of industrial production shows that,the microstructure of the microalloying Q345B has been significantly improved and the microstructure is relatively uniform.All mechanical properties were improved and more stable.The yield strength of Q345B-Nb and Q345B-NbV were increased by 23 MPa and 27 MPa and the tensile strength were increased by 17 MPa and 9 MPa respectively.While the elongation rate were almost the same.The production cost is significantly reduced.
