摘要
通过调整K2和K3孔型参数,优化锚杆钢筋炼钢化学成分,确保锚杆钢筋产品性能稳定,500 MPa以上产品一次检验合格率达到98%以上,上冷床不出现波浪弯等影响产品外形尺寸和通条弯曲度的问题。
By adjusting the K2 and K3 hole type parameters,the chemical composition of steelmaking for the anchor bar is optimized to ensure the stable performance of the anchor bar products.The pass rate of the products above 500 MPa is over 98%,and the product bending curvature meets the user requirements.
