摘要
将某新型高效烧结环冷机作为研究对象,以单元台车移动模拟环冷机烧结矿随台车的转动过程,选用气固两相流动热交换过程的局部非热平衡方程、真实气体的SRK方程、湍流方程等建立烧结矿冷却过程分析的仿真模型。探究孔隙率、冷却空气入口速度、料层高度、冷却空气入口温度等工艺参数对烧结矿冷却效果的影响以及影响大小,通过正交实验法,得到了以冷却效率为优化目标的最优工艺参数组合,为环冷机的运行提供指导。并通过试验,验证仿真结果的正确性。
A new type of high-efficiency sinter cooler is taken as a research object, a unit trolley to move the simulated ring cooler sinter and the rotation process of the trolley, the local non-thermal equilibrium equation of the solid-gas two-phase flow heat exchange process, the SRK equation of real gas, the turbulence equation, etc. are used to establish the simulation model of the sinter cooling process analysis. The effects of process parameters such as porosity, cooling air inlet velocity, material layer height, and cooling air inlet temperature on the sintering cooling process of sinters and the effects level are investigated. Through the orthogonal experiment method, the optimal process parameter combination with cooling efficiency as the optimization target is obtained, the guidance is provided for the operation of the ring cooler. And the correctness of the simulation results is verified through experiments.
