摘要
针对烧结机竖罐式余热回收系统局部排料温度高、余热锅炉蒸汽品质低的问题,提出了控制台车表层烧结矿温度、竖罐多口布料、定温排料、改善布风和双车上料5项改善措施。实践表明,以上措施实现了烧结机竖罐式余热回收系统的高效率。
In view of the problems of high local discharge temperature in the waste heat recovery system of the sintering machine vertical tank and low quality of waste heat boiler steam,five improvement measures were put forward,including the surface sinter temperature control,distribution in multi-mouth in the vertical tank,discharge at constant temperature,improvement of air distribution and charge with double vehicle.The research shows that the above measures realize the high efficiency of the waste heat recovery system of the sintering machine.
