高炉喷吹焦化除尘灰生产实践

Practice of Inject Coke Oven Dust in Blast Furnace

通过对焦化除尘灰的高炉喷吹工业试验证明,若焦化除尘灰比例控制在10%～14%,可保证炉况良好。同时,可成功将焦化除尘灰全部用于高炉喷吹使用。喷吹焦化除尘灰以后,使用了一定比例的烟煤替换了相同比例的无烟煤,从而使得高炉入炉煤粉成本得到明显降低,达到了降低生铁成本的目的。

It is proved by industrial experiment on the blast furnace blowing of the coked dust ash that if the proportion of the coked dust ash is controlled at 10%-14%,it can ensure good the blast furnace condition.At the same time,all the coked dust ash could be successfully used for the blast furnace injection.Through the industrial test of blast furnace injection of coking dust removal,the reasonable injection ratio was determined,and all the coking dust removal ash was successfully used in blast furnace injection at Jinan Steel.After the coked dust ash was sprayed,a certain proportion of bituminous coal was used to replace the same proportion of anthracite coal,so that the cost of blast furnace pulverized coal was significandy reduced,and the purpose of reducing the cost of pig iron was achieved.
