摘要
为了满足莱钢宽厚板生产线在订单组合及组板设计方面的要求,为设计者提供决策每一批订单最优组板方案所需的基本数据和信息,自主开发了宽厚板智能组板系统,其中余材板坯智能匹配系统实现了多功能订单余材板坯信息选择、智能板坯设计、虚拟大板订单优化匹配等功能,采用数学规划算法解决虚拟大板与订单的优化匹配难题,设计了融合经验知识和规则的智能组板模型。系统投用后,余材板坯组板成材率显著提高,至2018年7月共进行余材坯匹配组板52 829t,组板成材率88.69%,较系统投用前提高了1.45%。
In order to meet the requirements of the Laiwu steel heavy plate production line in the order combination and the design of plate, to provide the designers with the basic data and information needed to make decisions for each group of optimal plates, Shanxin software Company Laiwu automation division Ltd. has independently developed a heavy plate intelligent plate system. Among them,the intelligent matching system for residual slab is of new design and excellent performance. The function of multi function contract material information selection, intelligent slab design, and virtual large plate contract optimization matching are realized. The optimization matching problem of virtual large plate and order is solved by mathematical programming algorithm, and an intelligent plate model which combines experience knowledge and rules is designed. Since the system was put into operation in July 2017, the yield of residual slab has increased significantly. By July 2018, 52 829 tons of residual slab matching has been carried out. The yield of residual slab matching is 88.69%, which is 1.45% higher than that before the system was put into operation.
