优质护理干预对维持性血液透析病人负面情绪影响的研究

Effect of high-quality nursing intervention on negative emotion in maintenance hemodialysis patients

[目的]探讨优质护理干预对维持性血液透析病人焦虑、抑郁情绪及治疗依从性的影响。[方法]将90例维持性血液透析病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组病人给予常规护理干预,观察组病人给予优质护理干预措施,连续护理6个月后,比较两组病人干预前后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及治疗依从性。[结果]护理干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分、PSQI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病人的治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]优质护理能够有效改善维持性血液透析病人的焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善病人的睡眠质量,提高病人治疗依从性。

Objective: To explore the effect of the high quality nursing intervention on anxiety,depression,and treatment compliance in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: A total of 90 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group receivedthe routinenursing intervention,and the observation group receivedthe high quality nursing intervention.After 6 months′ continuous nursing,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI),and treatment compliancebefore and after the intervention were compared. Results: After the nursing intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS,and PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05),and the treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusions: High-quality nursing could effectively improve the anxiety and depression condition,sleep quality,and treatment compliance of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
