摘要
对三种不同粒度组成的镜铁矿粉的烧结行为进行了研究,结果表明,随着粒度变细,矿物组成中镜铁矿含量逐渐升高,矿石铁品位增加。从烧结性能看,生料透气性、烧结过程透气性、烧结机利用系数、转鼓强度:镜铁矿1最好,镜铁矿3其次,镜铁矿2最差;固体燃耗:镜铁矿3最低,镜铁矿1其次,镜铁矿2最高,粒度处于中间的镜铁矿2各项烧结指标均差于其他两种镜铁矿。工业生产中,镜铁矿1可作为主打矿种,大比例配入;化学成分优异的镜铁矿2和镜铁矿3可作为功能性矿种,小比例配入,即可达到提高烧结矿全铁品位和降低铁水Al_2O_3及P含量的作用。
Three different kinds of specularites fine was studied for their sintering behavior,and the results show that the iron content,as well as the specularite mineral,increase with the size distribution become smaller.From the view of sinter bed permeability before and after ignition,productivity and tumble index,specularite 1^#is the best,specularite 3^#is the second and specularite 2^#is the worst.For the solid fuel consumption,specularite 3^#is the best,specularite 1^#is the second and specularite 2^#is the worst.So specularite 2^#,with the highest content of intermediate particles,is the worst in sintering performance.In industrial production,specularite 1^#can be used as a major minerals in sintering blending and specularite 2^#and specularite 3^#can be used as functional minerals to improve the iron content and decrease the Al 2O 3 and phosphorus content of the sinter.
