摘要
土壤酶活性是土壤肥力和土壤质量的重要指标,为探讨烟草不同生育时期烟田土壤酶活变化特征,测定了烟草团棵期、旺长期、现蕾期、采烤前期4个时期烟田土壤8种酶的活性。发现烟田土壤酶活性随烟草的生育期发展而发生变化,不同酶其酶活特征变化表现不同。脲酶和蔗糖酶在现蕾期具有较高活性,多酚氧化酶在采烤前期的活性较高,脱氢酶、过氧化氢酶和酸、碱性磷酸酶在旺长期具有较高的活性,中性磷酸酶在团棵期具有较高的活性,而过氧化氢酶随烟草的生育期变化较小。
Soil enzyme activity is an important indicator of soil fertility and soil quality. In this experiment, the activities of eight enzymes in tobacco field were determined in four stages: tobacco planting stage, prolonged period, bud stage and pre-baking stage, in order to explore the characteristics of soil enzyme activity and tobacco growth period. It was found that the soil enzyme activity in tobacco fields changed with the development of tobacco growth period, and the changes in enzyme activity characteristics of different enzymes were different. Urease and sucrase have higher activity in the bud stage, polyphenol oxidase has higher activity in the early stage of picking, and dehydrogenase, catalase and acid, alkaline phosphatase have higher activity in the prolonged period. Neutral phosphatase has higher activity in the sapling stage, while catalase changes less with the growth period of tobacco.
