环境感知在开发区通勤者地方认同建构中的作用效应——以福州经济技术开发区为例

摘要 依据普罗汉斯基对地方认同的界定,构建结构方程模型,以福州经济技术开发区的225份调查问卷为基础,分析环境感知在通勤者地方认同建构中的作用。通过数据分析发现:(1)环境感知中的三个因子对地方认同建构产生积极作用,且呈现"生态环境>社会环境>文化环境"的强弱顺序;(2)环境感知在地方认同建构中的作用效应是推荐他人>子女预期>购房定居;(3)在测量模型中,文化程度、职业、月收入、住房产权、出行方式、新闻关注、活动了解、同事关系、社会环境、文化环境、生态环境等因素对地方认同的反映能力较强;(4)环境感知对地方认同有直接影响,社会经济特征和社交网络通过作用于环境感知对地方认同产生间接影响,而个人特征则是通过社会经济特征间接作用于地方认同。 With a survey on 225 copies of questionnaires collected from Fuzhou economic and Technological Development Zone, based on the Proshansky's definition of place identity (PI), this paper builds a Structure Equation Model ( SEM) to examine the role of environmental perception in the construction of commuters’ PI It is found that:( 1) The three factors of environmental perception play a positive role in the construction show the order of “ecological environment > social environment > cultural environment”.(2 ) The role of environmental perception in the construction of PI is recommend to others > children, sexpectations > housing settlement.(3 ) In the measurement model, the following factors have obvious influence on PI, as education levels, occupation, monthly income, housing property, travel mode, news concern, activity understanding, colleague relationship, social environment, cultural environment and ecological environment ae more capable four latent variables of personal characteristics, social economy, social network and environmental perception.(4 ) Environmental perception has a direct impact on PI. Social economic and social networks have an indirect impact tlirough environmental perception, while personal characteristics indirectly affect PI through social economic.
