摘要
研究了不锈钢粗加工用铣刀的不同设计结构,分别用端铣刀、圆鼻铣刀和双R圆鼻铣刀三种刀具结构进行切削试验,并分析各刀具结构的优缺点,讨论各刀具结构对刀具寿命及工件表面质量的影响。
This paper studies the different structures of by three tool structure cutting rough cutter for machining stainless steel,respectively with end milling cutter,milling cutter,double R round nose cutter experiment.The advantages and disadvantages of the tool structures and the influence of the structures on the tool life and surface quality is analyzed.
