摘要
为验证维生素A、维生素C、维生素D和维生素E复合维生素对小鼠感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒是否有保护效果,采用A/Chicken/HB/4/2008(H9N2)鼻腔接种6周龄BALB/c小鼠,复合维生素的剂量设高中低3个层次。结果表明,每天给予800 IU维生素A、25 mg维生素C、12 IU维生素D和3.2 IU维生素E的高剂量复合维生素组小鼠感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒后精神状态、体温和采食量的维持明显好于其他组,尤其在体重方面,感染后体重仅降低7%,低于其他组22%~30%。
To test the efficacy of the vitamin complex with vitamins A,C,D and E in protecting mice infected with H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus,A/Chicken/HB/4/2008(H9N2)was used to vaccinate 6-week-old BALB/c mice by nasal innoculation,and three doses of high,medium and low multivitamin were designed.It was shown that the daily high-dose provision of 800 IU vitamin A,25 mg vitamin C,12 IU vitamin D and 3.2 IU vitamin E produced better mental condition,body temperature and feed intake in the infected mice infected with H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus than the other groups,and especially in terms of body weight,led to a reduction of only 7%,22%~30%lower than the other groups.
