猪伪狂犬病免疫抗体及感染抗体消长规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解猪伪狂犬病抗体在猪体内的消长规律,进一步为河南省猪伪狂犬病的预防和净化提供理论依据,本研究挑选了10家伪狂犬病毒gE基因缺失疫苗免疫的规模化猪场,每场随机采集100份血清,采用gB和gE ELISA方法检测猪血清抗体。同时对gE ELISA检测结果为阳性的样品,用病原学FQ-PCR方法进一步检测。结果:gB ELISA检测结果免疫抗体群体平均S/N>0.1、免疫合格率<90%、样本间变异值>15%的猪场,其gE ELISA感染抗体和病原学检测结果为阳性; gB免疫抗体S/N值OU≤0.1,样品间CV值CO≤15%,猪群平均免疫抗体阳性率>90%的猪场,其gE ELISA感染抗体和病原学检测结果为阴性。综合工作实际,笔者得出结论:免疫猪场猪群免疫抗体阳性率应长期维持在90%以上,样品间CV值应≤15%;非免疫猪群,gE或gB抗体长期检测结果为阴性,才能达到猪场猪伪狂犬病的预防和净化目的。 To understand the change law of anti-pseudorabies virus immune antibody and infected antibody in pigs,further to provide the technical support for the pseudorabies prevention and cleaning in Henan province,this study selected 10 large scale pig farms immuned by the lack of PRV gE gene vaccine,each selecting 100 serum samples,the gB and gE ELISA methods detect pig serum antibody.Simultaneously,the FQ-PCR assay test the samples for its results detected positive by gE ELISA.The results showed that the average S/N were More than 0.1,the qualified rate of the immune antibody group detected by gB ELISA were less than 90%,and the results of gE ELISA infected antibodies and pathogen tested were positive in the pig field.Meanwhile,with the variation value>15%.On the contrary,the average S/N value should be less than or equal to 0.1,the CV value of the samples should be less than 15%,and the qualified rate of the immune antibody group detected by gB ELISA were more than 90%,and and the results of gE ELISA infected antibodies and pathogen tested were negative in the pig farm field,Which indicated that the positive rate of the immune antibodies of pig groups should be over 90%and the CV should be less than 15%for a long time,and the persistent results of gE or gB antibodies are negative for the non-immune pigs,so as to achieve the pseudrabies prevention and cleaning in the pig farms.
