冠心病无症状心肌缺血的中西医研究进展

ADVANCES IN TCM AND WM STUDIES OF ASYMPTOMATIC MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA IN CORONARY HEART DISEASE

高发病率、高死亡率等特点,使得冠心病逐渐成为威胁人类健康的"头号杀手",而其中的无症状心肌缺血发作表现隐匿、无任何临床症状,常伴发心梗、不稳定心绞痛,甚至猝死,最易被临床忽视,已成为社会和家庭的负担之一。加强对冠心病无症状心肌缺血的研究意义深远。中西医结合治疗是有效的选择路径之一,同时也是近年来医药研究和实践中的重点内容。本文主要从中西医角度阐述其发病机制、诊断与治疗以及有待研究的方向,以期促进临床实践工作的创新开展。

Because of the characteristics of high morbidity and high mortality,coronary heart disease has gradually become the"number one killer"threatening human health,but the asymptomatic myocardial ischemic attack,which is characterized by latent or even noclimical symptoms and accompanied by myocardial infarction,unstable angina pectoris,or even sudden death,is easily ignored by physicians and has become one of the burdens of society and family.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the study of(SMI)in asymptomatic myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is one of the effective ways to treat this disease,and it is also the focus of medical research and practice in recent years.In this paper,the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of SMI and the future research direction are described from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine in order to promote the innovation of clinical practice.
