合肥市社科普及人才队伍建设路径与推进策略

On the Way and Strategy of Talent Construction to Popularize Social Sciences in Hefei City

合肥市打造社科普及的新高地取得了显著的成绩,突出表现在出版高水平科普读物、开办人文讲坛、举办社科普及创建科普基地等方面。但在社科普及人才队伍建设还存在着总量不足、整体不强、认识不足、重视程度不够、管理松散、体制机制不健全等诸多问题,需要在社科普及人才成长环境、人才队伍来源、人才能力提升、人才管理体制方面制定应对的举措,以满足合肥市提升社科普及水平的工作目标。

Hefei has made remarkable achievements in building a new highland to popularize social sciences,such as publishing high-level popular science books,holding humanities forums,and setting up popular science bases.However,there are still many problems in the social science popularization team,such as the shortage of the total amount and the overall lack of strength,insufficient understanding and attention,loose management and imperfect system and mechanism,and so on.To meet the goal of improving popularization of social sciences,some measures should be carried out in the aspects of the growth environment,the source of the talent team,the promotion of talent ability and the management system.
