On the Transformation of Industrial Design Talent Cultivation in the Background of Internet

互联网背景下,新技术冲击了传统制造业,工业设计被重新定义,从对"物"的设计变为对"非物"的设计,工业设计师也从服务者变为社会发展的推动者。工业设计理念的变化致使该专业对人才的需求也发生转型,要求人才具备洞察力、系统整合能力、规划能力以及思变能力。因此,高校培养工业设计人才,需要开设多元化课程,推进跨学科工作坊教学,并以产学研协同创新培养符合时代特征的多元化应用型人才。

In the background of Internet,new technology has stricken the traditional manufacturing industry so that industrial design has been re-defined as the non-material design from the material one with the designers changed into social development promoters from service providers.The changing concept also leads to the transformation of the specialized talent,who are required of insight,systematic integration capability,planning and reflective abilities.For the purpose of cultivating diversified applied talent with contemporary characteristics,it is necessary for colleges and universities to set up diversified courses,and promote interdisciplinary workshops in the light of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.
