摘要
HCiX2型织机是一款新型3剑杆织机,可用于制备背面没有可见经纱、外观如同手工编织效果的地毯(简称handlook地毯)。HCiX2型3剑杆织机的产量是双剑杆织机的1.5倍以上。HCiX2型剑杆织机配备多个伺服电机,便于割绒和综框运动,可高效生产质量非常好的handlook地毯。
The HCiX2 is a new 3 rapier weaving machine for weaving handlook carpets with no visible warp yarns at the reverse side. By using 3 rapiers, 50% more production is obtained than on a double rapier machine. The HCiX2 machine is equipped with several servomotors for the cutting motion, the edges and the drive of the heddle frames in order to weave high quality carpets at the highest possible efficiency.
