摘要
电力市场环境下,电网投资以可靠性和经济性为综合目标进行规划。基于可中断负荷机制对配电网可靠性成本和效益的影响因素,提出了考虑可中断负荷的可靠性投资优化模型,通过可靠性投资成本、效益和最优可靠性的计算,运用增量分析法确定考虑可中断负荷的配电网可靠性投资优化方案。通过江苏某地区规划阶段的6种不同配网结构的算例,验证所提模型计算配电网可靠性投资成本效益和可中断负荷效益、进行投资优化的可行性和有效性。
In a electricity market environment,grid investment is planned based on the reliability and economy. According to the factors influencing the cost and benefit of distribution network reliability,the paper proposes the optimization model for reliability investment considering interruptible load. By calculating the reliability investment cost,benefit and optimal reliability,the optimal reliability investment plan for the distribution network is proposed with incremental analysis method considering the interruptible load. Through six different examples of distribution network structure in the planning stage in Jiangsu,the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization model is verified to calculate the cost effectiveness of the distribution network reliability and the interruptible load efficiency.
