上向水平分层进路充填采矿法在杜达铅锌矿的应用 被引量:8

摘要 杜达铅锌矿100 m中段矿体构造发育,厚度较大。为确保矿山安全高效回采作业,同时降低采矿贫化率和损失率,提高资源回收率,提出了上向水平分层进路充填采矿法。沿矿体走向划分盘区,盘区内自矿体下盘向上盘每隔4~6 m划分一个采场,采用间隔式进路回采结束后进行接顶充填,充填体养护后进行下一循环的回采工作。上向水平分层进路充填采矿法在杜达铅锌矿100 m中段成功应用,以进路为回采单元,缩小了采场暴露面积,控制了顶板,保证了作业人员和设备的安全,并且提高了采场生产能力,将损失率与贫化率降低到10%以内,提高了资源回收率,矿山经济效益显著提高。实践表明,上向水平分层进路充填采矿法是开采倾斜中厚破碎矿体的一种有效方法。 Orebody structure with large thickness is developed in 100m middle section of Duda Pb-Zn Mine.In order to ensure safety and efficiency of mining operation,reduce mining dilution rate and loss rate,and improve resource recovery rate,the upward horizontal sublevel approach filling mining method is proposed.The panel is divided along the orebody strikes,the mining area is divided into a stope from the lower wall to the upper wall at 4~6 m intervals,interval approach stoping method is adopted,roof-contacted filling is done after stoping,after the backfilling body is cured,the next cycle of mining operation is carried out.The upward horizontal sublevel approach filling method is applied successfully in 100m middle section of Duda Pb-Zn Mine,the exposed area of stope is reduced by taking the inlet as the stope unit,the roof is controlled effectively,the safety of personnel and equipment is ensured,besides that,the production capacity of stope is improved,the dilution rate and loss rate is decreased to less than 10%,the resource recovery rate and economic benefits are both improved significantly.The practice results further show that upward horizontal sublevel approach filling mining method is the effective one for the mining operation of inclined medium thickness broken orebody.
