摘要
炼铁和炼钢过程中会伴生大量的工业煤气,传统思路是将其用于燃烧加热或者发电。众所周知,工业煤气中富含宝贵的CO和H2,如经过净化提纯后,上述有用气可用来合成甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、草酸等高附加值化工产品。该方案可有效降低温室气体二氧化碳和其他污染物向大气中的排放,实现钢厂尾气的创新、高效、绿色利用。概述了我国钢铁工业煤气利用情况,指出了钢化联产是工业煤气资源化利用的有效途径,阐明了利用工业煤气进行钢化联产项目建设的优势,并介绍了几种利用工业煤气制备化工产品的工艺。
large amount of industrial gas is produced in the process of ironmaking and steelmaking.Industrial gas is traditionally used for burning to heat or generating electricity.After purification,rich CO and H2 in industrial gas can synthesize methanol,ethanol,glycol and oxalic acid and other chemical products with higher added value,which can effectively reduce the emission of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide and other pollutants into the atmosphere,and achieve innovative,efficient and green utilization of steel plant tail gas.The paper summarizes the utilization of steel Industrial gas in China,points out that co-production of steel and chemical industry is an effective way to utilize industrial gas,and expounds the advantages of using industrial gas to construct co-production projects of steel and chemical industry,and introduces several processes for preparing chemical products by using industrial gas.
