摘要
为提高近终型异形坯质量控制水平,通过研究开发结晶器非等间距圆形水孔冷却技术、大包长水口无间隙填充密封吹氩保护浇注技术、近终型异形坯两点套管全保护浇注技术、二次冷却控制优化,改善了铸坯凝固组织、传热、冷却效果,提高了近终型异形坯冷却均匀性,增强了连铸全保护浇注效果,有效解决了微合金化近终型异形坯R角表面裂纹质量问题。
In order to improve quality control level of near-net-shape shaped blank,the paper researched and developed the mold cooling technology of non-equidistant circular water hole,blowing argon protection casting technology of ladle long nozzle no gap filling sealing,full protection casting technology of external submerged nozzle in the two pouring points,the optimization of secondary cooling control.The results showed that the casting blank solidification structure,heat transfer and cooling effect were improved,the cooling uniformity of shaped blank was increased,the full protection casting effect was enhanced,R angle surface crack problem of the microalloyed near-netshape shaped blank was effectively solved.
