Q345D钢板边部大纵裂成因分析及解决措施

摘要 山钢日照公司4300mm产线生产Q345D钢板时,出现批量边部大纵裂。经过金相分析、翻板轧制,确定轧制裂纹的产生源来自炼钢连铸坯内弧三角区皮下裂纹。通过降低浇注温度、调整结晶器和二冷配水、全面检修扇形段等措施,消除了此类裂纹。 When Q345D steel plate was produced in the 4300mm production line of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Company,large longitudinal cracks on steel plate edge appeared in batch.Through metallographic analysis and turning plate rolling,it was determined that the source of rolling crack was subcutaneous crack in the inner arc triangle region of continuous casting billet.Such cracks were eliminated by reducing the pouring temperature,adjusting the crystallizer and secondary cooling water distribution,overhauling the sector section and other measures.
