摘要
介绍了2015年以来涟钢炼铁厂烧结工序,从优化配矿、优化成分控制、完善设备设施功能、完善科学管理体系、应用厚料层烧结技术等方面,改善烧结矿质量。通过一系列措施,烧结矿技术经济指标有了大幅提升。
This paper introduces that the sintering process of Lianyuan Steel’s ironmaking plant since 2015 has improved sinter quality from the aspects of optimizing the ore distribution,optimizing the composition control,improving the functions of equipment and facility,perfecting the scientific management system,and applying the deep-bed sintering technology.Through a series of measures,the technical and economic indicators of sinter have been greatly improved.
