宣钢1号球团链篦机大修改造实践

PRACTICE OF THE OVERHAUL AND REVAMP ON NO.1 PELLET CHAIN GRATE MACHINE AT XUAN STEEL

宣钢1号球团链篦机经过十多年的运行,出现篦床小轴弯曲严重、上托轴磨损严重等问题,直接影响了链篦机的正常运行。鉴于此,宣钢对球团链篦机进行了大修改造。改造后,运行效果良好,生产能力得到提高,故障率降低,备品备件费用大幅降低,减少了链篦机的停机率,有效地提高了球团矿的质量,减少了因停机修理造成的人力、物力的浪费。

After more than ten years of operation,serious problems such as the small shaft bending of grate hearth and the wear of upper supporting shaft occurred in No.1 chain grate machine of Xuan Steel,which directly affected the normal operation of the chain grate machine.In view of this,Xuan Steel carried on the overhaul and revamp to the machine.After the transformation,the operation effect was good,the production capacity was improved,the failure rate was reduced,the cost of spare parts was greatly lowered,the shutdown rate of the chain grate machine was decreased,the quality of pellets was effectively enhanced,and the waste of manpower and material resources caused by the shutdown was reduced.
