摘要
介绍了高性能桥梁钢Q420qD的工艺设计与生产实践。根据邯钢宽厚板线3500mm轧机装备特点,确定低碳+铌、钒微合金的成分设计,详细阐述用TMCP工艺生产Q420qD的加热、轧制、冷却工艺的设计思路。同时依据现场生产情况,对钢板实物进行性能和组织分析。
The article introduced the process design and production practice of Q420qD high performance bridge steel plate.According to the equipment characteristics of 3 500 mm plate mill at Han Steel,the composition design of low carbon+niobium-vanadium micro-alloy was determined,and the design idea of heating,rolling and cooling process of Q420qD produced by TMCP process was elaborated.At the same time,according to the field production,the performance and structure of the steel plate were analyzed.
