影响儿童错(牙合)畸形矫治疼痛的相关因素分析

Analysis of related factors influencing pain of malocclusion correction in children

目的研究影响儿童错(牙合)畸形矫治疼痛的相关因素分析。方法选择医院进行诊疗的错(牙合)畸形儿童150例,在其带上矫正器前后进行问卷调查,在带上矫正器1月后进行随访或复查,采用视觉模拟量表进行疼痛程度评估。结果儿童带上矫正器后1月后,低焦虑者疼痛持续时间、高峰期疼痛程度,均低于高焦虑者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童带上矫正器后1月后,有不良口腔习惯者疼痛持续时间、高峰期疼痛程度,均高于无不良口腔习惯者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);儿童带上矫正器后1月后,活动矫治者疼痛持续时间、高峰期疼痛程度,均低于固定矫治者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。儿童带上矫正器后1月后,任何影响因素与疼痛发作时间均无相关性(P>0.05);儿童带上矫正器后1月后,除性别影响外,焦虑程度、不良口腔习惯、矫治方法与疼痛持续时间均呈显著正相关性(P<0.05);儿童带上矫正器后1月后,除性别影响外,焦虑程度、不良口腔习惯、矫治方法与高峰期疼痛程度均呈显著正相关性(P<0.05)。结论研究发现在儿童(牙合)畸形矫治中焦虑程度、不良口腔习惯、矫治方法均为影响儿童疼痛因素。

Objective To study the related factors affecting the pain of malocclusion correction in children.Methods A total of 150 children patients with malocclusion who were admitted to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment were selected.The questionnaires were given before and after wearing appliance,and the follow-up or review was performed after 1 month of wearing appliance.The visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the pain level.Results After 1 month of wearing appliance,the pain duration and peak pain level in children with low anxiety were lower than those in children with high anxiety(P<0.05).After 1 month of wearing appliance,the pain durationand peak pain level in children with bad oral habits were higher than those in children without bad oral habits(P<0.05).After 1 month of wearing appliance,the pain durationand peak pain level in children with removable appliance were lower than those in children with fixed appliance(P<0.05).After 1 month of wearing appliance,there was no correlation between any influencing factors and onset time of pain.After 1 month of wearing appliance,except for gender,the anxiety degree,bad oral habits and correction methods were significantly positively correlated with painduration(P<0.05).After 1 month of wearing appliance,except for gender,the anxiety degree,bad oral habitsand correction methods were significantly positively correlated with peak pain level(P<0.05).Conclusions The study found that anxiety degree,bad oral habits and correction methods are factors affecting pain in children withmalocclusion correction.
