无创呼吸机治疗老年呼吸衰竭的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of aged respiratory failure by non-invasive respiratory machine

目的观察无创呼吸机治疗老年呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者40例,随机分为两组,对照组应用常规的方法进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上应用无创呼吸机治疗。结果经数据统计分析,研究组患者治疗前后动脉血pH、PaO_2、PaCO_2、呼吸频率和心率均优于对照组患者(P<0.05);研究组患者插管率和病死率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论与常规的治疗手段相比,无创呼吸机在治疗老年患者呼吸衰竭方面效果显著,同时不良反应少,适用于老年人群,因此建议在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator on senile respiratory failure.Methods In May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital in 40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure,randomly divided into two groups,control group used the conventional methods for treatment and research in the control group on the basis of the application of noninvasive ventilator therapy.Results After statistical analysis,the arterial blood pH,PaO2,PaCO2,respiratory frequency and heart rate of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The intubation rate and mortality rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional treatments,noninvasive ventilator has worked well in the treatment of elderly patients with respiratory failure,and less side effects,is suitable for the elderly,it is recommended that further promotion in clinic.
