地屈孕酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy of treatment with triproterone combined with letrozole in the treatment of endometriosis

目的探讨地屈孕酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法选择2015年6月至2017年6月间在本院行保守性手术治疗的的子宫内膜异位症患者86例作为观察对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,两组患者均于术后5 d后给予来曲唑治疗,观察组在此基础上加用地屈孕酮联合治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的LH、FSH、E2、VEGF、CA125及VAS评分(包括:痛经疼痛、盆腔痛、性交疼痛)变化情况,以及临床疗效。结果对照组治疗后的临床疗效仅为76.74%,明显低于观察组的95.35%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的LH、FSH、E2、VEGF、CA125及VAS各评分比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组患者的E2、VEGF、CA125及VAS各项评分均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗后观察组的E2、VEGF及CA125降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论地屈孕酮联合来曲唑治疗子宫内膜异位症患者疗效确切,可明显改善患者性激素水平,不良反应少,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the treatment of endometriosis with megestrol acetate combined with letrozole.Methods 86 patients with endometriosis treated with conservative surgery in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the subjects and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of 43 cases.The two groups were treated with letrozole after 5D after the operation,and the observation group was combined with the combined treatment of Triazolone on this basis,and the two groups were compared.The changes of LH,FSH,E2,VEGF,CA125 and VAS scores(including pain,pelvic pain and dysmenorrhea)before and after treatment were analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of the control group after treatment was only 76.74%,which was significantly lower than that of the observation group(95.35%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of LH,FSH,E2,VEGF,CA125 and VAS in the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the scores of E2,VEGF,CA125 and VAS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment.No serious adverse reactions were found in all two groups.Conclusion The effect of D progesterone combined with letrozole in the treatment of endometriosis is accurate,and it can obviously improve the level of sex hormone and less adverse reaction.It is worth popularizing.
