改良微创术在腋臭临床治疗中的应用效果

Application of modified minimally invasive surgery in the clinical treatment of axillary osmidrosis

目的探讨改良微创术对腋臭的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年1月至2017年12月间行手术治疗的腋臭患者84例为研究对象。采用随机数字表分组法将84例患者分为传统手术组和改良微创术组,各42例。传统手术组采用传统腋臭切除术,改良微创术组采用改良微创腋臭切除术。随访6个月,比较两组的临床疗效、并发症情况。结果改良微创术组总有效率(95.24%),传统手术组总有效率(92.86%),两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义。改良微创术组总不良反应发生率(4.76%)明显低于传统手术组(21.42%),差异有统计学意义(c2=5.126,P<0.05)。结论改良微创术是治疗腋臭的有效方法,其疗效与传统切除手术相当,但该术切口更小,外观更好,术后并发症发生率也明显更低,是治疗腋臭安全有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified minimally invasive surgery for axillary osmidrosis.Methods 84 cases of axillary osmidrosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects.84 patients were divided into the traditional operation group and the modified minimally invasive surgery group by random number table grouping method,42 cases in each group.The traditional operation group was treated with traditional axillary osmidrosis,and the modified minimally invasive operation group was treated with modified minimally invasive surgery.Follow up for 6 months,compare the clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the improved minimally invasive surgery group(95.24%),the total effective rate(92.86%)in the traditional operation group(92.86%),the total effective rate of the two groups had no statistical significance.The total incidence of adverse reactions in modified minimally invasive surgery group(4.76%)was significantly lower than that in traditional operation group(21.42%),with significant difference(X^2=5.126,P<0.05).Conclusion The improved minimally invasive surgery is an effective method for the treatment of axillary odour.Its curative effect is equivalent to that of traditional resection,but the incision is smaller,the appearance is better,and the incidence of postoperative complications is obviously lower.It is a safe and effective method for the treatment of axillary odour.
