前列地尔联合贝那普利对糖尿病肾病患者蛋白尿的影响

Effects of alprostadil combined with benazepril on proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者采取前列地尔与贝那普利联合治疗对蛋白尿的影响效果。方法抽取本院2017年6月到2018年6月收治的糖尿病肾病患者130例作为研究对象,按照1:1比例随机分组,分为观察组与常规组,每组患者75例。常规组患者采取常规方案治疗,观察组则在常规治疗基础上加用前列地尔与贝那普利联合治疗。评价两组临床效果,测定治疗前与治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白、24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率,记录不良反应,实施组间统计学分析。结果观察组患者总有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白、24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组前述指标均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);两组仅有少许轻微不良反应发生,组间对比差异无统计学意义。结论糖尿病肾病患者采取前列地尔与贝那普利联合方案治疗不仅可以更好地改善临床效果,而且在改善血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白、24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率上也有不错的优势,且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil combined with benazepril on proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 130 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=75)and routine group(n=75).The patients in the routine group were treated with routine regimen,and the patients in the observation group were treated with alprostadil combined with enazepril on the basis of routine treatment.To evaluate the clinical effect of the two groups,to measure the excretion of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24 hours urine protein and 24 hours urinary microalbumin before and after treatment.Rate,record adverse reactions,implement inter-group statistical analysis.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in 24 hours urinary albumin excretion rate between the two groups.After treatment,the above mentioned indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05),and there were only a few minor adverse reactions in the two groups,but there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion The combination of alprostadil and benazepril in diabetic nephropathy patients can not only improve the clinical conditions better.In addition,the bed has good advantages in improving the excretion rate of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen in 24 hours urine protein and 24 h urinary microalbumin,and the safety is high,which is worth popularizing and applying.
