Dynamic Mechanism Defects and Driving Policy Adjustment of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration

在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的大背景下,成渝城市群的科学发展具有重要意义。本文基于对成渝城市群动力机制的基本分析,从产业、市场、行政、制度和城市管理等五方面探讨了成渝城市群发展的动力机制缺陷,并从加快产业发展步伐、加大市场开放程度、弱化行政力量控制、降低制度障碍壁垒和提升城市管理能力等五方面提出了相应的驱动政策调整建议。

Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration,Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration1's scientific development has important significance.Based on the fundamental analysis of the dynamic mechanism of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration,this paper discusses the dynamic mechanism defects of Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration's development from five aspects industry,market,administration,system and urban management,and puts forward the corresponding driving policy adjustment suggestions from five aspects:accelerating the pace of industrial development 9 increasing the market openness degree,weakening the control of administrative forces,reducing administrative barriers and improving urban management ability.
