"慕秀"(Massive open online share,MOOS)是在传统慕课的基础上,通过引入新建构主义教学法从而推动学习者构建个性化知识体系的一种在线开放课程新形式,它可以促进慕课由个性化学习向个人学习的进化。高职医学院校养老护理在线开放课程的建设应区分学校教育与网络教育中教育理念的差异,以慕秀模式为借鉴,避免医学类在线开放课程建设的通病,将其建设成为一门有趣又有用的课程,使其能够成为养老护理从业人才培养体系的有效组成部分。

MOOS(massive open online share)is a new form of online open course that promotes learners to build a personalized knowledge system by introducing a new constructivist teaching method on the basis of traditional MOOC.It can promote the evolution of MOOCs from individualized learning to individual learning.The difference of educational ideas between school education and network education should be distinguished for the construction of online open course of nursing for the aged in higher vocational medical colleges.Taking MOOC model for reference,we can avoid the common defects in the construction of online open course of medical science and rehabilitate the programto an interesting and useful course which plays an effective part of the personnel training system for elderly nursing practitioners.
