摘要
目的了解高职护生首次参加老年护理服务性学习的反思与体会,优化老年护理教学。方法采用质性研究的方法,随机整群抽取泰州职业技术学院2016级高职护生48名为研究对象,将服务性学习引入老年护理实践教学,收集护生完成第一次服务性学习后书写的反思日志,并按照colaizzi的资料分析法进行分析。结果形成5个主题:对老年人的积极接纳;对老年护理和服务性学习的认识加深;学习方面的提高;加强了社会责任感;认识到团队协作的重要性。结论服务性学习模式在服务社会的同时能促进护生学习和职业态度的积极转变,提高学生综合素质,有利于老年护理事业的发展。
Objective To explore the experience of higher vocational nursing students for participation in elderly care for the first time.Methods The qualitative research was used in this study.A total of 48 higher vocational nursing students was recruited by cluster sampling method.The service learning was introduced into the practice teaching of geriatric nursing.The experience recorded by the students after the first service learning were collected and analyzed by the method of Colaizzi.Results There are 5 themes including the acceptance of the elderly actively,deepening understanding of the elderly nursing and service learning,improvement of learning,strengthening the sense of social responsibility and recognizing the importance of teamwork.Conclusions The service learning mode promotes the transformation of nursing students in learning and professional attitude while improving the comprehensive quality of the students,which is conducive to the development of elderly nursing.
