集束化管理儿科病区急救车的效果研究

Cluster management of emergency ambulances in pediatric wards

目的探讨集束化管理儿科病区急救车的效果,提高管理效能。方法分2016年3月至2016年9月(集束化管理前)、2016年10月至2017年3月(集束化管理后)两个阶段收集广西壮族自治区江滨医院儿科病区护士对急救车的使用、急救技能掌握、培训及考核效果的数据资料,对急救车采用集束化管理前后效果进行比较。结果集束化管理后护士在熟悉物品定位放置、掌握急救技术、药品物品有效期管理、准备抢救用物用时等效果与集束化管理前比较有明显优化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。掌握急救药品使用在集束化管理前后对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用集束化管理对儿科病区急救车应用取得良好效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of cluster management on emergency ambulances in pediatric wards.Methods The data of ambulances using,first aid skills,training and assessment of nurses in pediatric wards were collected and compared from March 2016 to September 2016,October 2016 to March 2017.Results Before and after cluster management,there was a significant difference on the scores of familiarity with the positioning and placement of items,mastery of first aid technology,validity period management of medicines and the preparation time for rescue items(P<0.01).There was no significant difference before and after the use of emergency drugs(P>0.05).Conclusions Cluster managementcan improve the application of emergency ambulances in pediatric wards,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
