This paper makes related study based on market investigations,and finds that there are many factors resulting in high market price with mismatched quality in domestic housekeeping service,strong randomness in pricing and large charge standard difference in intermediary service.The microscopic main body factors of imbalance in market supply and demand,lower comprehensive quality of employee and lagging operation management mode of housekeeping enterprises,and macroscopic mechanism factor of lagged housekeeping service standard and absence in market supervision are both the influence factors.We must improve supporting policy of housekeeping service industry,strengthen human resource management to improve the comprehensive quality of employee,promote the operational mode and optimization of housekeeping enterprise,enhance the construction of housekeeping service standard and service quality management and improve market supervision mechanism to promote the healthy and sustainable development of housekeeping service industry of China.
