中国自贸区战略下的“一带一路”合作、协调与对接

Cooperation,Coordination and Docking of “The Belt and Road” under Free Trade Area Strategy of China

作为当前我国的重要战略,自贸区战略和“一带一路”倡议具有相似的理念和功能价值。中国自贸区战略作为“一带一路”倡议的支撑,能够带动自由贸易的发展。二者的合作、协调与对接有利于提升市场开放程度,简化贸易模式,让贸易投资更加自由。在此背景下,对中国自贸区战略下的“一带一路”合作、协调与对接进行深入研究。首先阐述了自贸区战略的内涵、意义与发展现状,然后分析了自贸区战略与“一带一路”倡议的内在联系,最后分析了中国自贸区战略与“一带一路”倡议的对接路径,希望能为二者的协调与对接提供参考价值。

As the current important strategy,FTA strategy and“The Belt and Road”Initiative have similar idea and functional value.As the support for“The Belt and Road”Initiative,China FTA strategy will promote the development of free trade.Their cooperation,coordination and docking are benefit to improve the market opening degree,simplify trade mode to achieve better liberalization of trade investment.In this context,this paper makes deep study on the cooperation,coordination and docking of“The Belt and Road”under China FTA strategy.This paper first elaborates the connotation,meaning and development status quo of FTA strategy,then analyzes the internal linkage between the FTA strategy and“The Belt and Road”Initiative,and finally analyzes the docking path between China FTA strategy and“The Belt and Road”Initiative and hopes to provide reference value for the coordination and docking.
