摘要
目前冷链物流在我国还处于起步阶段,冷链物流运输对于温度、湿度、包装储存等都有具体且严格的标准,这就大大增加了储存、分拣、运输等各物流环节以及食品安全管理的难度。通过国内外学者对冷链物流研究的对比分析,透视生鲜农产品冷链物流在我国的发展现状,对其整体作业流程进行分析研究,并找到运作过程中存在的风险因素,最后提出了生鲜农产品冷链物流具体环节的风险控制措施以及整体运作流程发展战略。
The cold chain logistics is in initial stage in China, and it has specific and strict standard on temperature, humidity, package and storage, which has raised the difficulties in storage, distribution, transportation and food safety management. From the comparative analysis of foreign and domestic study on cold chain logistics, this paper reveals the development status quo of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products, analyzes the whole process, finds the risk factor, and puts forward risk control measure for concrete section of cold chain logistics and development strategy of whole operation process.
