摘要
利用2011年~2016年中国31个省份数据,在宏观层面检验了城市商品房价格对城市技术创新活动的作用机理。研究发现,城市商品房价格上涨会导致城市技术创新项目数、城市技术创新经费和城市技术创新人员的显著减少,说明城市商品房价格上涨对城市技术创新活动具有明显的抑制效应。相比非一线城市,一线城市商品房价格对城市技术创新项目数、城市技术创新经费和城市技术创新人员产生的抑制效应更明显。基于研究结论,就完善我国商品房价格调控机制和城市创新机制提出了相关对策建议。
By using the data of 31 provinces of China from 2011 to 2016, this paper examines the effect mechanism of urban commercial housing prices on city technology innovative activities at macro level. The results find that the rising urban commercial housing price will result in the significant decrease in the number of city technology innovation projects, funds and innovators, which reveal that the rising commercial housing price has an obvious suppression effect on the city technology innovative activities. Compared with the non first-tier cities, the suppression effect of commercial housing prices in the first-tier cities on the number of city technology innovation projects, funds and innovators. Based on the research, this paper puts forward relevant countermeasure to improve the regulation mechanism of the commercial housing price and city innovative mechanism.
