摘要
首先分析了影响科技金融有序性的主要影响因素;然后分析了传统TOPSIS评价方法在距离测度选择上的不合理,根据灰色绝对关联度和灰色相对关联度分别能有效描述科技金融有序性评价数据之间的几何相似性与变化速率相似性的特性,将灰色绝对关联度和灰色相对关联度进行组合得到灰色综合关联度,并将灰色综合关联度取代传统的欧氏距离测度,给出一种基于灰色综合关联度的科技金融有序性TOPSIS评价方法.该方法使评价结果更符合客观事实,实证分析也验证了该方法的合理性和可行性.
Aiming at evaluation of the Technology and Finance order,proposed TOPSIS evaluation method based on gray comprehensive correlation degree.Firstly,this paper analyzes the main factors influencing the science and technology financial order.Next,analyzed the traditional TOPSIS evaluation methods is unreasonable in the choice of distance measure,according to the Gray Correlation and gray relative relation respectively describe the geometry of Science and Technology Evaluation and orderly financial data similarity between the rate of change of similarity characteristics effectively,getting grey relational degree combining gray absolute correlation degree with gray relative correlation degree,and replace the traditional Synthetic Grey correlation Euclidean distance measure.Given science and technology financial TOPSIS evaluation methods based on gray synthetically relational degree orderliness,which will make the evaluation results more conforming to the objective facts.Finally,empirical analysis verified the rationality and feasibility of this method.
